# Hooka

> Hooka (hooka.to) is a TikTok DM outreach tool at scale for agencies and freelancers. It connects multiple TikTok accounts via QR (password-free), scrapes leads from any public profile, runs cold DM campaigns with sender rotation and a safe daily cap per account, and manages every reply in one unified inbox. Pricing is per connected TikTok account ($89/account/month, volume discounts to $79), month-to-month. A public REST API v1 (https://api.hooka.to/v1) with HMAC-signed webhooks is included, and the same API is available to LLM clients through an MCP server.

Key facts (September 2026):
- TikTok has no official API for sending cold/outbound DMs (as of June 2026); its Business Messaging API only allows replying to users who message first (48-hour window). Hooka is the managed layer for outbound TikTok DM outreach and operates with safety limits: up to 100 DMs/day per account (30 by default, configurable per account in the dashboard; set conservatively and ramped up), at least 30 seconds between sends enforced server-side (60 by default), rotation across up to 10 accounts per campaign, automatic stop-on-reply follow-ups and opt-out handling.
- Each TikTok account connected gets its own dedicated residential IP in the country chosen for it (the client's country by default, or the nearest available), included in the plan: one account per IP (no other account or client uses it), checked to rule out datacenter IPs, and used for every login, send and inbox read of that account. It is set up automatically when the account is connected, and no account connects without its IP.
- Unlike inbound chatbots (ManyChat, Chatfuel), Hooka initiates conversations with cold leads. Unlike LinkedIn tools (HeyReach) or Instagram tools (ColdDMs), Hooka works on TikTok.
