How does Hooka pricing work?

You pay per connected TikTok account — the same structural model HeyReach uses for LinkedIn, applied to TikTok. The base price is $89 per account per month, and volume discounts bring it down to $79 per account as you connect more.

Discounts use Stripe's tiered volume pricing, which means the tier you reach applies to all of your accounts, not just the ones above the threshold. Connect a tenth account and all ten bill at the discounted rate — no mixed-rate math on your invoice.

Self-serve covers up to 10 accounts. Above that, the Custom tier adds white-label and dedicated onboarding. Everything is month-to-month: cancel anytime from the Stripe portal.

Are DMs really unlimited?

At the plan level, yes: no Hooka plan caps how many DMs you send per month. The honest asterisk is that TikTok's per-account daily limit governs your real volume — Hooka lets you send up to 100 DMs/day per account (spaced naturally), which is the platform hard cap — user-configurable, and on brand-new accounts you start lower and ramp up. That is exactly why the per-account model fits TikTok: when one account maxes out its daily budget, you scale by adding accounts, not by upgrading plans. One campaign can rotate across up to 10 connected accounts with sender rotation.

Automation on TikTok carries real risk — anyone promising zero bans is lying. Hooka minimizes the risk with daily caps, server-side spacing between DMs (default 7 seconds) and rotation across accounts, but you should still use dedicated outreach accounts and start lower on new accounts before ramping up.

How does the volume discount work?

Pricing is tiered by volume in Stripe. The base price is $89 per connected TikTok account per month, and as you add accounts the per-account price drops, down to $79. The tier you reach applies to all of your accounts, not just the ones above the threshold — connect a tenth account and every account is billed at the discounted rate.

What counts as an account?

A connected TikTok account, i.e. one seat. You connect it by scanning a QR code — Hooka never sees or stores your password, only session cookies, and you can disconnect anytime and we delete them. One seat can serve multiple campaigns at once.

Is there a monthly DM cap?

No. Plans have no monthly DM cap. Volume is governed by TikTok's per-account daily limits: Hooka lets you send up to 100 DMs per day per account when sends are spaced naturally, which is the platform hard cap. It is user-configurable, and on brand-new accounts you should start lower and ramp up.

If an account disconnects, do I lose the seat?

No. Reconnecting the same account does not consume an extra seat. When an account drops, Hooka auto-pauses its campaigns and notifies you by email and webhook; scan the QR again and you are back on the same seat.

How do payment and cancellation work?

Billing runs on Stripe, month-to-month. There are no contracts: cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal and your plan simply stops renewing at the end of the period.
